About Us

Our mission is simple — To provide our unprecedented Townhouse development expertise and knowledge to homeowners and builders in Seattle — guiding and supporting people and projects throughout the marketing and selling process.

With a collective 25 years of experience, TownhouseLIFE co-founders Darnell Samuelson, Realtor and Jason Wall, Associate Broker — both proud agents with Lake & Company Real Estate — are committed to providing outstanding real estate services to those looking for alternatives to in-city urban living.

Beginning in 1982 with a simple goal to be Seattle's best real estate company, Lake & Company Real Estate is an established part of the community and take pride in their excellent reputation and quality client care.

Jason Wall

I have been a licensed agent since 1989, and with Lake & Company Real Estate since 1995. I have helped purchase, permit, develop and market Seattle townhouses. While I love classic urban homes, I strongly believe that new development of urban housing gives the opportunity of home ownership to everyone who wants to live in the city of Seattle.

Working specifically with townhouse development and marketing since the mid 1990’s, I proudly sold one of Green Lake’s first townhouse projects in 1997. Having been a part of Classic City Builder’s marketing team, I am still fond of the project’s true craftsman style and how it has held up to the test of time.

Operating with experience, knowledge and a passion for Seattle homes, I look forward to the opportunity to assist you with your Seattle real estate objectives.

Darnell Samuelson

I am passionate about city living and making it accessible to those who want to live in Seattle. Licensed since 1997, I am committed to helping my clients find a space to call their own. I believe that townhouse living allows affordable options in key urban areas while maintaining the neighborhood’s feel.

Having a long history in real estate development, remodeling and design, my love of architecture and the Pacific Northwest fuels my enthusiasm as a Real Estate Agent. I have been involved from conception to completion on many new construction townhouse projects throughout the city since the mid-90’s and am proud of the additions they have made to their neighborhoods. It has been exciting to play a part in the revitalization of many neighborhoods as the return to urban living is embraced by both first time homebuyers and empty-nesters alike.
